Delivery
Please provide at least 24 hours notice (NOTE: same day orders will be canceled). You can also schedule a future delivery date.
We deliver within the Dallas County area and a few selected suburbs including Plano and Carrollton, between 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday at a flat rate of $15. This will be added at checkout.
If you require a specific delivery timeframe, please let us know.
We personally hand deliver all flowers direct to the recipient. However, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we have the authority to leave flowers at, or near, the front door if we deem it safe to do so. If necessary, we will contact the recipient or sender to let them know where we've left their flowers. If there is nowhere safe to leave them we’ll attempt to contact the sender to re-arrange delivery which is an extra cost to the sender.
You are also more than welcome to pick up directly from our studio located in Highland Park (by appointment only).
Flowers & Wrappings
Please note that each bouquet is unique and they are subject to seasonal variation and market availability. We will always do our best to stay as close as possible to what is ordered, however there may be substitutions and may not be the same flowers as shown on the pictures.
We are committed to minimizing the environment impact of our floral products. We try to avoid over-packaging our flowers and the majority of our wrappings are biodegradable and recyclable.
Prices and Payment
All product prices given excludes sales tax and delivery. The price may change without notice, but any new price will be clearly displayed.
Care Instructions
Our bouquets are always wet-wrapped which will last up to approximately 6 hours. We encourage them to be transferred to a vase with cold water as soon as possible, giving the stems a fresh cut with clean shears every 2-3 days.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure flowers are placed in water and cared for reasonably. If specific care instructions or the flowers are expected to be out of water for longer, please contact the team before ordering to ensure we can provide this service.
