Delivery and Pick-up
We deliver within a 20-mile radius of Carrollton (75010), at a flat rate of $15. This will be added at checkout.
We personally hand deliver all flowers direct to the recipient. However, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we have the authority to leave flowers at, or near, the front door if we deem it safe to do so. If necessary, we will contact the recipient or sender to let them know where we've left their flowers. If there is nowhere safe to leave them we’ll attempt to contact the sender to re-arrange delivery which is an extra cost to the sender.
You’re also more than welcome to pick up your order directly from our studio in Carrollton (by appointment only). The exact address will be shared at checkout, and we’ll contact you separately to arrange your pickup time.
Flowers & Wrappings
Please note that each bouquet is unique and they are subject to seasonal variation and market availability.
We are committed to minimizing the environment impact of our floral products. We try to avoid over-packaging our flowers and the majority of our wrappings are biodegradable and recyclable.
Prices and Payment
All product prices given excludes sales tax and delivery.
Care Instructions
Our bouquets are always wet-wrapped which will last up to approximately 6 hours. We encourage them to be transferred to a vase with cold water as soon as possible, giving the stems a fresh cut with clean shears every 2 days.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure flowers are placed in water and cared for reasonably.
