Delivery
We deliver to areas within a 30-min driving distance from 75010 at a flat rate of $15. This will be added at checkout.
All deliveries will happen between 8am-12pm on Valentine’s Day (2/14). Please be ready to receive your flowers or give your recipient a heads-up :)
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we have the authority to leave flowers at, or near, the front door if we deem it safe to do so. We can’t be responsible for anything that happens after delivery due to weather, theft, or anything else out of our control.

Flowers & Wrapping
Images are for reference only; your bouquet may vary in appearance depending on market availability. Any substitutions will be made thoughtfully to maintain the overall design, palette, and quality.
We are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our floral products. We avoid over-packaging wherever possible, and most of our wrappings are biodegradable and recyclable. Please note that wrapping colours may change without prior notice.
All bouquets are wet-wrapped and will remain fresh for approximately 6 hours. We recommend transferring flowers into a vase with cold, clean water as soon as possible. For best longevity, trim the stems at an angle with clean shears every 2–3 days.
Once received, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure the flowers are placed in water and cared for appropriately. If specific care instructions are required, or if the flowers are expected to be out of water for an extended period, please contact our team prior to ordering so we can best accommodate your needs.
Financiers & Canelés
1. Room Temperature is Best
Allow pastries to sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes after refrigeration.
Financiers become soft and tender; canelés develop a custardy center.
Note: the crisp exterior of canelés will naturally soften over time.
2. Enjoy Fresh
Financiers: Best within 2–3 days for crisp edges and a moist almond center.
Canelés: Best within 1–2 days. For best quality, store refrigerated in a box.
3. Pair with Something Warm
Coffee, tea, or a warm latte enhances the browned-butter notes of financiers and the vanilla-rum aroma of canelés.
4. Warm Gently (Non-Chocolate Items Only)
Financiers: 300°F for 2–3 minutes
Canelés: 325°F for 3–4 minutes, keeping the center soft
5. Freezing & Storage
Store airtight.
Financiers: Freeze up to 2–3 weeks; thaw 10–15 minutes at room temperature.
Canelés: Freeze up to 2 weeks; thaw at room temperature and reheat briefly if desired.
